Maintenance free easy living. This idea is the fuel behind the Condo market in our area. People enjoy being able to spend their free time doing the things they love, not worrying about the shoveling snow, yard work, or the other thousands of chores associated with home ownership.
This is especially true for vacation properties. If you are planning on coming to the mountains to ski, hike, or simply enjoy the mountains and lakes, and do not want to set aside time to do all the maintenance and clean up, then a condo is the property for you.

Both Loon Mtn. and Tenney Mountain Ski Areas have ski-in ski-out condos on the mountain. Waterville Estates also has a few condos on or very near their ski hill. Many of the golf courses including: The Owl's Nest (in Campton), The Jack-o-Lantern (in Woodstock), White Mountain Country Club (in Ashland) and Highland Links (in Holderness) have condos on site. There are also beautiful condos on and around Squam, Newfound and Stinson Lakes.
So, whatever activity pulls you to the White Mountains, there is a condo complex that will make you feel right at home. Easy, maintenance free living. Not a bad idea for a vacation property.
