A Closer Look at Waterville Estates

Welcome to Waterville Estates!  Regardless of the season, The Estates is the perfect location for your vacation, or primary home.  With great on site amenities and a locatin in the heart of the White Mountains, it is not hard to see why so many people call the Estates their home.
	Swim laps in the morning or just let the hot jetted water of the hot tub relax you after a long day on the slopes. There are three pools ( two indoor and 1 outdoor) and two hot tub at the rec center open to owners and their guests.
	Newly renovated suanas in both the mens and womens locker rooms are ideal for destressing and detoxing.  While the well appointed weight room is a great for getting in a little excersice when the weather outside is not cooperating.
	An extensive trail network winds through the property of Waterville Estates.  These trails are great for running in the summer and are maintained for cross country skiing in the winter. A picturesque pond with a great beach is located right next to the rec center.  Picnic benches are available for homeowners along with a great play area for kids.
The game room is a huge hit with the kids and can get quite busy on weekends.  There is also an excellent air hockey table by the pool!
New in 2007 is this fantastic bar area located by the front desk that is open during the operating hours of the rec center.  This is an wonderful place to enjoy a drink at the end of the day, or to catch the game after a day of skiing.  However, on those beautiful summer days nothing beats relaxing by the pool.
